Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week while hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 90% drop and hook. Most routes run East of I-35, with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs.

Drivers operate high-quality, late model tractors with an inverter and refrigerator provided. Additional perks include referral bonus opportunities, layover and detention pay, a rider policy, and Qualcomm Elogs.

3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and current medical card. Clearinghouse should be free of any violations, and 12 months of safe driving are required for a safety termination.

This OTR position runs primarily East of I-35 with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs. Loads are planned to keep miles consistent while supporting weekly home time.

Remote orientation is provided, with the physical completed near home before truck pickup. After orientation, drivers are routed to the nearest terminal for truck assignment.

Insurance includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with 401(k) and vacation pay. Drivers may have opportunities to become a mentor or change to a dedicated lane if one is available in their area.

Teams are welcome, including pre-made teams or drivers who need to be matched with a teammate.
