At Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Transportation Driver to join our team. As a Lead Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our clients and goods. • Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner
• Load and unload goods onto vehicles
• Check vehicle for mechanical and safety issues before and after each trip
• Follow traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with disabilities, if needed
• Plan routes and maintain navigation systems
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
