Logistics Coordinator; 2nd Shift

As our customers and carriers continue moving freight into the evening, we're expanding our second-shift operations to capture business that's often missed after traditional office hours. • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate freight and dispatch activities during high-demand evening hours
• Build relationships with carriers and customers
• Use industry tools including DAT, Truckstop, and Macropoint
• Communicate shipment updates and quickly resolve transportation issues
• Support Carrier Sales and Customer Service teams with real-time freight coverage
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

• 1+ years of logistics, dispatching, or freight experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable learning new transportation software and systems
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the logistics industry
