this position does require the ability and availability to work weekends and holidays, to stand/move/lift consistently throughout the shift, as well as to be friendly and communicate effectively with passengers and their needs.

As a Passenger Ambassador will provide staffing for front line customer service to passengers at designed locations as directed by airport staff. Ambassadors will ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and assist in the efficient movement of passenger processing. Provide customer service in baggage claim for all arriving flights and provide any ground transportation assistance. Ambassadors will be required to assist in the collection of baggage carts between flights and collect debris and perform minor cleaning of assigned locations to include observe and report areas requiring housekeeping's attention.

• Will ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and assist in the efficient movement of passenger processing.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
• At least (1) one year of supervisory experience
• Airline experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to complete all required training including airport compliance
• Able to obtain an airport badge
