Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead oversees a 3-person warehouse team, manages inventory, and ensures safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, verifying shipping documents, performing SAP data entry, conducting cycle counts, and training team members on safety, procedures, and equipment.

Salary: $19.50

• Lead daily warehouse operations and communicate schedules to the team
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with GMPs
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments and match documents to freight
• Manage inventory in SAP, conduct cycle counts, and oversee month-end inventory
• Operate forklifts safely and train team members on material handling
• Pick orders, build pallets, and manage proper stock rotation (FIFO)
• Load trucks to prevent damage and optimize load weight
• Train team members on all shipping/receiving processes and equipment

• 5+ years’ experience in Shipping & Receiving
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred
• Forklift certification or demonstrated safe operation
• Bilingual skills helpful
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse and office environments
