Inventory Clerk II; :First Shift

Shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am-3:30pm

Start Pay Range: $20.00

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role performs daily cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and verifies that all inventory transactions are accurately executed in the Warehouse Management System (e.g., ERPLx / People Soft).

• Perform daily cycle counts as directed by the cycle count coordinator.
• Verify accuracy of physical inventory against ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Practice cGMP documentation practices.
• Provide general warehouse support as needed.
• Track and trend errors found.

This position will require the associate to conduct daily cycle counts, work with warehouse staff to count and investigate any errors, complete cycle count forms, and report discrepancies for tracking and trending. The associate may be required to move between the Sligh and Hidden River locations, with the Sligh warehouse as the primary site.

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to operate sit‑down and high‑lift forklifts.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain (pharma or regulated environment preferred).
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management systems ERPLx.
• Well organized and good communication skills.
