Night Warehouse Selector

Join our Warehouse Team in the night shift (Sunday–Thursday, weekends & holidays may be required). This role is focused on accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders in a high‑speed warehouse environment.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order‑selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage‑free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Assist in clearing aisles of debris, removing empty pallets from aisles, and returning pallet jacks to the charging area.

• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from –5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly and move more than 1,000 cases per shift.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
• Must be able to work 8+ hour night shifts and occasionally weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high‑endurance or highly physical role is preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction).
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is preferred.

Base rate ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with overtime, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and a freezer premium.
