The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for being a valuable member of the TFC warehouse team. This role involves efficient and accurate communication, shipping, and receiving activities, ensuring timely and precise handling of goods.

• Conduct shipping and receiving activities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the timely movement of products.
• Precisely label boxes and bags to maintain organized inventory management.
• Efficiently bag products, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
• Operate a forklift with precision and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a secure and efficient workflow.
• Follow established safety procedures to create a secure work environment for all team members.

REQUIRED

• No prior experience required
• 1+ years of prior warehouse work experience, or related position

• High school diploma/ GED

• Collaborator, able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals
• Proficient in reading and writing in English
• Skilled in multitasking within a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to use a computer to perform various job‑related tasks
