We are looking for a sharp, proactive eCommerce Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our warehouse execution and digital sales channels.

The Role

We are looking for an Inventory and Quality Control Specialist to ensure our stock levels are accurate and optimized. You will be responsible for tracking product movement, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of our warehouse data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter inventory data into Netsuite ERP system to maintain accurate inventory count
  • Navigate and operate inventory software to obtain necessary information
  • Navigate and utilize department spreadsheets to obtain necessary information
  • Ensure integrity of the physical count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting and other duties assigned
  • Perform routine cycle counts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform routine Quality Checks on inbound freight that possess damage and items previously received
  • Perform Quality Spot Checks as needed
  • Update inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
  • Receive, disperse, catalog, store, and track incoming shipments
  • Keep a detailed record of notes (dates quantities received) while processing incoming shipments
  • Provide materials to personnel and departments as needed and requested
  • Perform inventory control tasks and put priority on attention to detail in quality control
  • Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/transfer issues, and damaged product from warehouse moves
  • Perform and/or assist in all additional duties as the company sees fit
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with scanning technology/WMS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift certification preferred
