Warehouse Lead Associate

Overview

Warehouse Lead Associate plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team by directing the daily operational workflow at the site. The role requires extensive knowledge of fulfillment environment tasks.

• Pay starting at $24.20 per hour with weekly payday on every Friday.

• Coordinate and communicate daily operational activities and assignments.
• Proactively identify risks and hazards and develop action plans for safety.
• Perform comprehensive accident and incident reporting.
• Support classroom MHE training followed by functional shoulder‑to‑shoulder training on processes, safety protocols, and MHE operational skills.
• Coach associates on operational best practices, equipment use, glass‑handling methods, and safety procedures.
• May perform inbound or outbound activities, operating material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks.
• Adhere to all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area by performing housekeeping duties.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and any other required license(s); must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds to operate the order picker; the candidate must weigh under 300 pounds.
• Strength to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude focused on exceptional service.
