Warehouse Shipping Clerk; Night Shift-Grocery Dept

Position Overview

A team member in the Outbound Shipping Clerk role ensures accurate record-keeping of outgoing shipments. The position offers $19 per hour, night shift from Thursday to Sunday, and is based in Plant City, FL.

• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Record shipping data – weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
• Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damage and non‑conformance to specifications
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°–90°

• At least six months of warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
• Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
• Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Minimum education:
  
  General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma in General Studies
