Yard Associate

Full Time
- Yard Associate for Heritage Family of Companies

Supports daily yard and warehouse operations, including material receiving, stocking, and organization, while adhering to safety standards and providing excellent customer service. Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, with some weekends required.

• Move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse to keep inventory accurate and easy to find.
• Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while following all safety rules.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using proper lifting techniques.
• Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and work with team members to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed.

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Work performed in an outdoor setting/warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work full-time hours and schedule M-F with some weekends required.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Prior experience in hands‑on, outdoor/indoor yard/warehouse, operational work or similar environment.
