Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers and averaging more than 40 million miles driven per year.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
InThis Role You’ll:
All Associates:
- Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice‑directed picking system (Vol Collect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
- Shift start time: 5 AM or 6 PM (must be open to either shift)
- Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
-5°F to 38°F) - Primarily a 4‑day work week
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
- $20.85 per hour
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
