Warehouse Associate

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is a leading construction materials distribution company serving the commercial and residential construction markets across the United States and Canada. We partner with Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) to support a broad range of construction and architectural projects nationwide.

Join a fast‑paced, hands‑on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth. The role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and supporting operational excellence.

• Provide excellent customer service to customers entering the warehouse.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus and product knowledge, including identification, weight, and size.
• Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
• Allocate material to its correct location and maintain an orderly warehouse.
• Maintain packing specifications and prepare suitable skids/pallets.
• Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
• Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Support company values in safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a company of choice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.

Branch Manager.
