Warehouse AssociateJoin a fast‑paced, hands‑on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth. The role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to customers entering the warehouse.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus and product knowledge, including identification, weight, and size.
- Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
- Allocate material to its correct location and maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Maintain packing specifications and prepare suitable skids/pallets.
- Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
- Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Support company values in safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a company of choice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Reports To:
Branch Manager.
