General Warehouse Worker Responsibilities

• Pack/Wrap products & pallets with high quality
• Understand & implement standard 5S principles
• Maintain a safe working environment for all
• Manually team lift/move boxes weighing up to 60lbs
• Collaborate in the unloading of arriving containers
• Verify product specifications (Dimensions/SKUs/Labels/Lots)
• Operate machines associated with the packaging process
• Able to operate sit‑down lift (Certification required)
• Understand shop order quality information
• Participate/Comply with SOPs & SOP trainings
• Adhere to Supervisor/Team Leader work instructions
• Flexible to perform different requested/assigned tasks in other areas
• Comply with work instructions within standard procedures
• Able to read/write/speak basic English
• Able to read/write/speak Spanish (Preferred)
• Attend weekly pre‑defined work schedule
• Participate/Comply with EHS regulations & trainings
• Clean/Housekeep work area as needed each day
• Be ready to work on any of the operational areas of the warehouse as needed
• Perform any other task requested by his/her supervisor

• Fast‑paced packing & warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to operate sit‑down lift trucks safely & efficiently
• Lift certified or ability to obtain certification
• Basic problem solving & decision‑making
• Basic math & counting accuracy/consistency
• Strong work ethic with attention to details
• Follow tasks within standards/procedures
• Flexible to perform different requested/assigned tasks
• Comply with work instructions within standard procedures
• Able to read/write/speak basic English
• Able to read/write/speak Spanish (Preferred)
• Attend weekly pre‑defined work schedule
• Participate/Comply with EHS regulations & trainings
• Clean/Housekeep work area as needed each day

• The work environment is in a warehouse distribution setting.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately medium.
• This is a non‑climate‑controlled facility.
