Warehouse Night Associate

We are searching for a highly motivated Night Order Selector to join our Tampa, FL team, and it might be you! This is a great opportunity to learn about our incredible products. Our night warehouse crew has the primary responsibility of selecting outbound orders. We pride ourselves on meeting those customers' needs with ambition and excitement.

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repeatedly lift 35-60 pound cases and place them on a pallet up to 1,000 times per shift in the correct sequence for the delivery driver to properly deliver the goods.
• Accurately review information on selection labels and match them to the correct product.
• Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels accordingly to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Properly record breakage and clean‑up of breakage.
• Housekeeping as directed by supervisor.

• Complete end of shift responsibilities such as palletizing, returns, replenishment cases or bottles and cleanup activities as directed.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem‑solving and proactive approach to work‑related issues.

• Follow warehouse processes and equipment safety regulations.
• Cell phones strictly prohibited in the warehouse; allowed during breaks and lunch periods outside of normal work areas.
