Checks in carrier drivers, assigns dock door, dispatch and coordinate yard trailer moves;
Maintain accurate records of all loaded drop trailers in the yard by conducting yard checks and issuing daily status updates to required departments, process appropriate paperwork (i.e. Trailer sheets);
Ensure loads scheduled are released for loading;
Perform shipping/receiving administrative duties (filing, prepare reports, clerical tasks);
Coordinate raw materials deliveries for production as needed by site; verify against packing lists and COA’s
