Inventory Control Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Description
* Receive, issue, and track inventory transactions daily within an ERP/MRP system, ensuring accurate material accountability.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, discrepancy resolution, and inventory audits.
* Physically store, organize, and distribute materials, parts, and equipment to support production operations.
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move inventory throughout the facility.
* Review, reconcile, and close open inventory transactions, receipts, and material movements.
* Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials as required.
* Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Requirements
* Active Secret Security Clearance required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
* Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
* Forklift experience preferred; certification may be obtained upon hire if not currently certified.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
