Parts Associate

Parts Associates are the main driving force in keeping the Parts Department functioning and fulfilling customer orders. From pulling orders, loading vehicles, verifying orders, and putting away inventory, every day is a little different.

Responsibilities:

• Fill customer orders from inventory and process as indicated on the picking list.
• Receive, check in, and process incoming shipments from vendors.
• Put away inventory in the appropriate bin location and ensure all parts are properly labeled.
• Check in all incoming inter-branch shipments from all branches.
• Update incoming stock and incoming inter-branch shipment packing slips in computer and generate appropriate picking lists and reports.
• Operating forklift to handle oversize or heavy inventory.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to walk 2+ miles a shift.
• If required to drive, for any reason, on behalf of the company, must possess a current and valid driver license with driving record meeting insurance guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
• Computer literate with the willingness to learn the software programs utilized by the Company.

Shift: Monday
- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm with an hour lunch
