*** Help build a new U.S. medical device manufacturing operation from the ground up.***
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to play a key role in the launch of a new production facility. You’ll own the day-to-day flow of materials - from receiving and inventory control through production support and finished-goods shipping.
Position Overview:
- Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming materials
- Pick, stage, and issue materials to Production and Packaging
- Maintain accurate inventory and ERP transactions
- Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to ensure material availability
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse areas using 5S principles
- Identify and communicate shortages, inventory issues, and material concerns
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Experience with pallet jacks/material-handling equipment preferred
