Overview
To ensure delivery of key Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the company policy.
Reviews monthly operational performance with customers and provide solutions to drive operational excellence
Build a strong win-win relationship with customers, so as to ensure customer retention
Frequently review, align and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management, Operating procedures, and P&L status
Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer’s SLA
Develop and uphold a high performance service culture within the functional team. Plan, organize, and direct in an efficient and effective manner
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
Must be highly motivated and able to assume supervisory and leadership responsibility managing a team of 20 team members
Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous
Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Possessed a willing to learn attitude
