Chef de Partie; Italian

Casa Vostra is a premium quick-serving Italian restaurant known for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and an energetic dining experience. As we prepare to open our new outlet in the East of Singapore, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
, enjoys teamwork, and has a strong foundation in Italian cuisine
, particularly pasta and/or pizza
.

• Manage and run an assigned kitchen section efficiently during service

• Prepare and execute Italian dishes, with a strong focus on pasta and/or pizza

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards

• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail

• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards in compliance with NEA regulations

• Support junior kitchen staff and promote teamwork in the kitchen

• Assist with stock control, food storage, and minimising wastage

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

• Experience in Italian cuisine
  , or hands-on experience with pizza and/or pasta

• Ability to perform well in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant environment

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, timing, and workflow

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore

• Physically fit and able to work long hours on your feet

• Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented

• Experience working in premium casual or quick-service restaurant concepts

• Passion for Italian food and hospitality

• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills

• Willingness to grow with a new outlet opening
