Salary: $2500 + $300 allowance + Commission
Location
: IKEA Tampines
Duration: 1 year contract (Extendable / Convertible)
Working hour: 6 days per week (including weekend & Public holiday) 12pm - 8pm / 12:30pm - 8:30pm (45mins break)
Job responsibilities:- Collaborate with Interior Design team on specifying gas kitchen appliances for customers and cross sell gas water heater and clothes dryer
- Co-ordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers
- Service walk-in customer enquiries at display kiosk and phone enquiries
- Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required
- Min. 1 year of sales experience (preferably in a retail environment)
- Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on 6-days work week which includes weekends and public holidays.
