Telemarketer; Part-time

Job Scope

• Making outbound calls using provided scripts and call lists to set appointments
• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly call targets
• Following compliance guidelines and company policies regarding telemarketing practices
• S $10 per hour

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment, NO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME! Training will be provided
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the telephone
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify and respond to objections professionally
• Confident, persuasive and self-motivated personality with a genuine interest in sales
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining focus on performance targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
• A results-oriented mindset with resilience in handling rejection and maintaining positivity
• Fluency in English and/or other relevant languages is advantageous

• S $10 per hour
• Bonus - S $5 per attended appointment
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week (Choose between Monday to Friday)
• Working hours:
  
  2pm to 5pm (flexible hours, to be discussed)
