Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Full Time

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday–Friday | Weekend On-Call Rotation

We are currently seeking an Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team during evening hours and ensure exceptional patient care in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

• Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Weekend on-call rotation required

• $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (experience based)

• Supervise and support nursing staff during evening shifts
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Promote high-quality, patient-centered care
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for staff and families

• Valid, unencumbered Maryland RN license in good standing
• On Call Rotation
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility
• Current BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic leadership style
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick (rollover)
