• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete inspections on heavy equipment in the field
• Service a wide range of machinery, as well as general construction equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Complete routine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to assess components such as engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive trains
• Take apart and rebuild equipment and components while following manufacturer standards and best practices
• Reference technical documentation, schematics, and service instructions to complete work accurately
• Identify required parts and materials, coordinating orders as needed to complete repairs
• Accurately document completed work, inspections, and maintenance activities according to internal processes
• Maintain a professional presence when working on-site or interacting with customers
• Communicate progress updates and job status with internal teams and customers
• Travel to job sites as required, with overnight travel expected up to 20%
• Participate in an on‑call rotation
