PositionExecutive Assistant
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Communication, Management, or Business Administration is preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably from the FMCG or retail industry.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for business presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, particularly in handling confidential company information.
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
- Calendar Management:
Manage and organize complex internal and external meeting schedules, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time management. - Gatekeeping & Communication:
Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, visitors) and prioritize matters requiring the Director’s immediate attention. - Travel Management:
Arrange end-to-end business travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and prepare efficient travel itineraries. - Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, develop presentation materials (PowerPoint), take Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely follow-up on action items. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Director and division managers to ensure timely report submissions and smooth communication. Including internal communication. - Ad-hoc Support:
Handle various administrative and personal tasks as required to support the Director’s productivity and daily operations.
