Temporary Project Admin (3 Months Contract)

Responsibilities- Support data entry, validation, and administrative activities during project implementation.
- Maintain master data, project trackers, and operational documentation.
- Assist in inventory, warehouse, logistics, and customer supply chain administration.
- Support transaction recording and data reconciliation activities.
- Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to support project execution.
- Minimum D3/S1 from any major. Preferred educational background:
Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or other data‑related disciplines. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in data entry, administration, reporting, or project support may also be considered.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including: IF Formula, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data processing and reconciliation.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to read and understand English documents and instructions (passive English is sufficient).
- Willing to work on a fixed term 3‑month contract.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang or Mojokerto.
- Experience supporting ERP migration, system implementation, or go‑live projects.
- Microsoft Excel training, certification, or other relevant data processing courses will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Customer Service operations.
