• Confident in reminding and following up with teams until tasks are completed.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Willing to work flexibly when required.

• Document every instruction, decision, and direction, then track each task until completion.
• Manage my priorities, commitments, deadlines, calendar, meetings, and schedule.
• Proactively follow up with teams to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action plans, task lists, reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate operational needs across multiple business units.
• Conduct research, compare vendors, and prepare recommendations.
• Organize important documents and company administration.
• Arrange business trips, reservations, and other administrative needs.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects.

• Strong presentation skills.
• Basic photography, videography, or design skills.
