Sales Admin; Sales Support

Coordinate with the NOC team to ensure all advertisements are aired and removed in accordance with the approved schedule.

Manage and monitor the delivery of all off-screen and on-screen advertising benefits for clients, including sampling and branding activities, in coordination with the Operations team (CM and OMD).

Ensure advertising placements and branding activities are executed as agreed, and obtain required documentation from on-site crews at each location.

Coordinate with on-site crews to collect post-buy data and supporting materials from aired advertisements.

Compile and consolidate post-buy data for client reporting purposes.

Sending ad airing proof and invoices to clients.

Ensuring clients have paid for the advertising to Cinepolis.

Handling the sales team’s reimbursement and ensuring the reimbursement has been paid to the media sales team.

Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout the advertising sales process, including the preparation, verification, and maintenance of supporting documentation.

2. Coordinate with Cinepolis operational teams to support advertising placements and client promotional activities.

3. Assist in following up with clients regarding advertising materials, airing schedules, and technical requirements.

4. Input, update, and monitor sales data and the status of ongoing advertising campaigns in internal systems.

5. Support the preparation of sales and advertising performance reports for internal evaluation and client reporting.

6. Act as a coordination and communication liaison between the sales, operations, and client teams to ensure all activities are executed in line with agreed terms and internal procedures.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Communication, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment industry

Have experienced to handle invoice and payment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
