Company Description

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited is a global color and effect pigment manufacturer with over 70 years of experience supplying pigments and solvent dyes for coatings, plastics, printing, digital printing, cosmetics and special applications.

Develop and implement a sales strategy within the assigned geographical area.

• Support the development and implementation of the regional strategy in the assigned area.
• Define market strategy for the assigned segment in cooperation with the Head of Sales SEAP.
• Actively manage accounts, including brand owners, in the assigned country and oversee any assigned projects.
• Initiate market‑driven business developments and portfolio measures.
• Improve account receivables management against previous year targets.
• Initiate and support the business development and implementation of the global and regional key account strategy.
• Manage and coordinate all development activities for global key accounts in the country.
• Prepare business cases for new business with actionable plans.
• Support sales in the country to bolster project and opportunities pipeline.
• Lead and coach sales and CSD team members to achieve KPIs.
• Implement effective performance management for sales, CSD team members and distributors.
• Provide training on product portfolio to customers and dealers when required.

• BSc and PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent; MBA desirable.
• 5+ years of technical experience gained in account management.
• Comprehensive understanding of pigment technology, production processes, value chain and application technology.
• Good coatings, inks or plastics market knowledge and established relationships with key industry players are a plus.
