- Provide and reconcile sales and inventory reports for Commercial/Finance Team on a regular basis with high accuracy and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with a Supply Chain & Operations Team to prepare or reconcile stock & claim calculation reports for principals.
- Assist manager in-charge in preparing financial performance reports with strong analysis.
- Assist supply chain team to prepare ideal inventory simulations.
- Provide inventory performance for any Warehouse Location.
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
- Self-motivated and highly initiative.
- A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in related fields.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
- Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work in flexible hours.
- Willing to work in SIRCLO’s warehouse (Tangerang).
