Sales Manager; Merchandising - Export WFO

Overview

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Textile & Garment Industry company in finding great talent as a Sales Manager (Merchandising - Export) with the requirement as follows:

• Support daily operations, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Develop strategies to boost productivity and enhance customer service.
• Supervise, motivate, and lead employees.
• Manage client relationships and resolve buyer complaints.
• Handle bulk orders, procurement, and report directly to senior management.

• Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in merchandising and marketing (preferably in manufacturing).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
