- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Searching for suppliers to develop as potential partners for alternative sources
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, especially Mandarin-speaking suppliers
- Conduct price, contract and delivery negotiations with suppliers in Mandarin and English
- Generating purchase ordersm monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost - effective and meeting the standard
- Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relantionships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines
- Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, dan RnD
- Resolve supplier-related coordination, including lead time and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Min. 5 - 8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement manager
- Understand budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
- Understand and experienced the export/import process well will be plus
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (Spoke and Written) is a must
- Experience dealing with overseas suppliers, especially China, is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Have analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to manage team and multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
