Procurement Specialist (Business Partner)
Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferable with major Industrial Engineering or Food Technology)
Have more than 5 years of experience in Procurement (preferable end to end process: S2C, P2P, Direct and Indirect Material, including marketing event)
Strong negotiation and vendor evaluation skills.
Good understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience using ERP systems (preferable Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar).
Ability to conduct cost analysis, procurement policy and documentation.
Strategic thinking, able to manage vendor-related risks and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally, and detail-oriented in managing data and documents.
Job Description- Contract Management:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts to ensure clarity and safeguard the company’s interests - Regulatory Compliance and SOPs: SOP Optimization—Revising Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with actual conditions and corporate values;
Legal Compliance—Ensuring all procurement processes comply with applicable local and international regulations;
Supplier Oversight—Monitoring supplier adherence to regulatory requirements and the company’s ethical standards. - Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Market Research—Conducting market analysis to identify competent and reliable potential suppliers;
Evaluation—Assessing supplier capabilities, qualifications, and reputations;
Negotiation—Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and service levels to secure maximum value for the company;
Relationship Building—Maintaining and fostering long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. - P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Operations & Performance:
Vendor Maintenance—Ensuring the availability of an Approved Vendor List (AVL) within the Procurement department;
Price Management—Maintaining up-to-date price lists for routine purchasing categories;
Supply Chain Efficiency—Ensuring the continuous availability of goods and services through efficient inventory monitoring and procurement;
Delivery Monitoring—Tracking the delivery of goods and services to ensure compliance with agreed specifications and schedules;
Performance Analysis—Conducting periodic supplier performance reviews to ensure quality and service standards are met. - Cost Management and Reporting:
Cost Optimization—Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and innovative solutions;
Budget Alignment—Managing purchasing budgets to ensure alignment with corporate profitability goals;
Reporting—Preparing procurement-related financial reports and analyses.
