We are looking for Business Improvement to lead and drive operational excellence across Air fulfilment and fare operations. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies and optimizing end-to-end air processes, including ticketing, refunds, queue management, and complex fare handling.
As Business Improvement, you are expected to lead structured process redesign initiatives, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with operational, financial, and customer performance targets. Close collaboration with Air Operations, Systems, and Finance teams is essential to ensure initiatives are effectively executed and sustainably embedded within the organization.
YourMain Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end workflow optimisation initiatives across Air operations, enhancing efficiency, control, and service delivery standards.
- Lead deep-dive root cause analysis on complex operational challenges, translating insights into scalable, data-driven improvement strategies.
- Act as escalation owner for high-impact operational issues, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure structured and sustainable resolution.
- Own performance reporting, business review governance, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with financial, compliance, and customer KPIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in Air operations (e.g., ticketing, refunds, fare handling, GDS, ADM management) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, with sound judgment in decision-making.
- High attention to detail, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Willing to support extended hours, weekend, or public holiday operations when required.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and dynamic working schedules.
- Willing to be based in BSD City or Central Jakarta.
