Responsibilities
- Supervise daily purchasing operations for raw materials, packaging, and operational needs.
- Ensure timely purchase order processing and on-time delivery to support production schedules.
- Handle supplier negotiation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Production, and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor stock availability and purchasing accuracy.
- Prepare purchasing reports and operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within FMCG / manufacturing industry.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, fast responsive, and well-organized.
- Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
