Responsibilities

Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their problems, available items and volume capacity.

Create Purchase Orders for suppliers based on the Inventory and Demand Forecast from the Supply Chain team.

Negotiate with suppliers on the Buying Price.

Do daily monitoring and analysis for Buying Price, Fulfillment Rate and Timeliness of suppliers.

Coordinate with Downstream and QC team for Supplier Inbound Time Slot.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic background, i.e. a GPA > 3.00. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.

Data-driven and good with numbers.

Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.

Strong intellectual curiosity, proactive mindset, attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills.

Able to manage daily conversations with suppliers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Have basic knowledge of Agriculture.

Willing to WFO (Hybrid Arragement) to Segari's Head Office in Cirendeu.
