Information About The Role

This position is responsible for supporting the Tadakado voucher operational process, especially in handling Sales Order input for all PO Voucher Tadakado requests, assisting with voucher printing and creating payment links. The role ensures that all order data is processed accurately, completely, and on time to support smooth voucher fulfilment and payment collection.

Key Responsibility

  • Sales Order input is completed accurately based on the PO received.
  • All PO Voucher Tadakado orders are processed within the agreed SLA.
  • Voucher printing requests are supported accurately and on time.
  • Payment links are created correctly based on the order amount, client details, and payment requirements.
  • Minimum error rate in SO input, voucher details, and payment link creation.
  • Any incomplete or incorrect PO data is escalated or followed up promptly.
  • Proper documentation and tracking are maintained for all processed orders.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
  • Basic understanding of PO, SO, voucher order process, and payment link creation.
  • Good administrative and documentation skills.
  • Able to work with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and checking data.
  • Able to follow SOP and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
  • Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify incomplete or incorrect data.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, order management system, or payment gateway tools will be an advantage.
