Data Analyst Manager

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze sales, customer traffic, conversion rates, and inventory to evaluate store and category performance.

Analyze promotions, pricing, and sales programs to find ways to improve efficiency and revenue.

Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to support operations, marketing, and merchandising decisions.

Forecast sales and demand to help with inventory planning and business growth.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing, product mix, and marketing.

Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to implement improvements.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail.
• Good understanding of retail metrics like sales, conversion rate, and inventory.
• Proficient in Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
