Supporting ongoing business development and growth across our CANRIG and NDS portfolios in the Far East region including getting new accounts as well as maintain client customers.
Responsibilities & Authorities- Articulate new business development opportunities by identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partner in line with corporate goals.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
- Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans.
- Monitor company performance against agreed business target.
- Efficient and effective preparation of tender documents for Company’s product and service and arrange follow up visit in order to fully ascertain their requirement.
- Visit client companies on a regular basis to get feedback on current work undertaken on their behalf, develop satisfactory resolutions to problems which may have arisen, to discuss any future work requirements which Nabors could develop; and potential client companies to update on product and service for developing further business.
- Familiar with the customers’ business and operational processes, including but not limited to tender, contract strategy, contractual terms and conditions, accounts payable, equipment qualification, safety program and initiatives, business review process and KPIs, operational process, local content, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business or related degree.
- 6-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Market Knowledge of drilling and rig equipment is highly preferred.
- Experienced in creating estimates and working through negotiations.
- Experienced in organizing sales calls and schedules with detailed reporting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail focused, self-motivated and team oriented.
- Must have superior time management and organization.
- Must be able to identify and make contact with potential clients.
- Ability to explain products to prospective customers.
- Must be able to travel to the potential customer sites as needed.
