Digital Strategy & Architecture Manager

, we’re looking for a Digital Strategy & Architecture Manager to become the strategic execution partner to our Digital leadership team. This role combines PMO excellence, business analysis, research, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure our digital initiatives are translated into impactful business outcomes.

• Lead cross‑functional strategic planning and execution across Digital, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Store Operations.
• Drive governance, project tracking, risk management, and executive reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance through dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Facilitate leadership discussions, resolve cross‑functional issues, and ensure initiatives remain on track.
• Continuously improve planning processes, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Consulting background is highly preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise‑wide cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Hands‑on experience with project management platforms (Asana, , Notion, or similar).
• Exposure to digital business or e‑commerce is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
