Consulting Project Officer; CPO Internship

RWI Consulting is thrilled to open an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic, driven, and curious individuals who are passionate about learning and contributing to real-world projects in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as strategic projects such as Contingency Planning, and Finance-related Analysis.

• Open to fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree) or final-year students from any major (Educational background in Management, Finance or Accounting is a plus)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Quick learner, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Positive mindset, energetic, and collaborative team player
• Interested in preparing documents, reports, and financial/non-financial analysis
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
• Willing to work remotely, with 1–2 days per month in office in the Jakarta–Tangerang area

• Assist the consulting team in preparing project deliverables
• Prepare materials for technical meetings
• Attend project meetings and draft accurate meeting minutes
• Training and e-certificates from industry experts
• Direct knowledge and experience in ERM and BCM
• Real working experience in a professional consulting firm
• Professional fees during the internship
