Responsible for end-to-end project administration and coordination, including issue tracking, project scheduling, documentation, billing and collection, and project performance reporting. Collaborates with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations, accurate and compliant documentation, data confidentiality, timely follow-up, and effective customer support, while identifying process improvements to enhance project efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in English / Science / Tax from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Administration (BPO Operation & Services)
• Excellent in Ms Excel operation and reporting
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient skills in communication and collaborate with another parties
• Willing to be placed at Ruko Bidex, Tangerang and mobile to Jakarta if needed
