Business Analyst

Gathering data from business units and analyze monthly business performance and provide necessary feedback to management.

Quarterly Analysis on Market Data.

Initiate and or propose improvement action on ad hoc projects of the current business performance as well as new business opportunities

Help to monitor work process in to be compliant to standard operating process

Research on market information, identify new business opportunities and other project on ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (prefer from Business/Management/Accounting/Information System)
• Min. 2 years experience as Business Analyst
• Should have minimum 1 year working experience and in the FMCG industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Easily adapt to changes
• Can do attitude and have initiative
• Expert in excel spreadsheet & power point presentation is a must
• Have background or experience in internal audit/ finance/ business analyst would be an advantage
• Experience in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre), Marco Excel and Data Visualization (Tableu, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is an advantage
