Responsibilities

• Operate livestream flow (scenes, visuals, audio, video, internet) run optimally.
• Coordinate with hosts, co-host, and LSC in real-time during the session.
• Monitor live chat, audience interactions, and ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed according to plan.
• Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.
• Manage the content conversion into the video on demand (VOD).
• Set up relevant properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.
• Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live streaming Production.
• Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure all equipment is ready for use.

• Have experience in technical operation or related field.
• Possess familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or vMix and digital live streaming platforms, such as Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Preferably have experience working in a live streaming platform or in the television industry.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work in flexible working hours, and ready to work in shifts.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at SIRCLO Studio, BSD.
