Position: Graphic Designer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or a related field
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools
• Strong skills in layout design; motion graphic experience is a plus
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in the beauty industry or a creative agency
• Passionate about beauty, highly creative, and possesses excellent communication skills
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our Alam Sutera location

Job Responsibilities:

• Creative Concepting & Execution: Develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives, and execute designs across various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
• Design Production & Tools Mastery: Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every output.
• Motion & Multimedia Content: Produce engaging motion graphics and video content to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling across channels.
• Brand Consistency & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and layout.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to meet deadlines, deliver creative assets, and support integrated campaigns.
