Graphic Designer

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, or in a similar creative role

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
, as well as other relevant graphic and visual communication tools.

Familiar with and able to effectively utilize current Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
, particularly those relevant to graphic design, creative development, image generation, video production, and creative ideation.

Experienced in designing packaging, POSM, promotional materials, and other visual communication assets in 2D, 3D, and video formats.

Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to develop concepts from brief to final execution.

Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.

Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Possess basic knowledge and skills in photography and videography
.

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and branding
.

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate creative ideas effectively.

Creative portfolio is required and will be considered as part of the selection process.

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing, branding, promotional, and corporate communication materials.

Create and develop designs for packaging/kemasan, POSM, promotional materials, digital content, and other visual communication assets

Produce visual content in various formats, including 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and video
.

Translate marketing and business objectives into creative and engaging visual concepts that are aligned with brand guidelines.

Create and edit graphic and video content using relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Explore and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve the creative process, design quality, ideation, and production efficiency.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing, and other related teams to understand creative briefs and deliver design solutions according to requirements.

Develop creative concepts from ideation through final artwork and ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand standards.

Support photoshoots and video production activities, including basic photography and videography when required.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Keep up to date with the latest design trends, visual communication styles, creative technologies, and AI developments relevant to the industry.
