Finance & Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

As the Finance & Accounting Manager, you will:

Accounting Responsibilities

Oversee the accounting function to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Handle tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws.

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.

Finance Responsibilities

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business objectives.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Evaluate and recommend strategies for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (PSAK, IFRS).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (odoo).

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Living in area within max 45 minutes from office
