About the role

We are seeking an Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team at PT BISMA AERO SEJAHTERA. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing a document of all requested expenses, ensuring accurate and timely expenses reporting. This position is based in Tangerang Banten.

• Preparing for Request Payment of all expenses
• Performing analysis and providing insights to support financial documenting
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as required

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal control procedures
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team
